Izindaba

Njengoba imboni yezimoto ishintsha ngokushesha iye ezimotweni ezixubile nezikagesi (ama-HEV nama-EV), isidingo sezinto ezintsha zepulasitiki kanye nezengezo siyanda kakhulu. Njengoba kubekwa phambili ukuphepha, ukusebenza kahle, kanye nokusimama, imikhiqizo yakho ingahlala kanjani iphambili kuleli gagasi eliguqula izinto?

Izinhlobo zepulasitiki zezimoto zikagesi:

1. I-Polypropylene (PP)

Izici Eziyinhloko: I-PP isetshenziswa kakhulu kuma-EV battery packs ngenxa yokumelana kwayo okuhle kakhulu kwamakhemikhali kanye nogesi emazingeni okushisa aphezulu. Ukukhanya kwayo kusiza ekunciphiseni isisindo semoto iyonke, kuthuthukisa ukusebenza kahle kwamandla.

7. Amapulasitiki Aqinisiwe E-Carbon Fiber (CFRP)

9. Amapulasitiki Aqhuba Umoya

10. Ama-Nanocomposites

Izakhiwo Ezithuthukisiwe: Ukufaka ama-nanoparticles kumapulasitiki endabuko kuthuthukisa izakhiwo zawo zemishini, zokushisa, kanye nezithiyo. Lezi zinto zilungele izingxenye ezibalulekile njengamaphaneli omzimba, okuthuthukisa ukusebenza kahle kukaphethiloli kanye nobubanzi bokushayela.

Izithasiselo zepulasitiki ezintsha kuma-EV:

1. Izinto Ezivimbela Umlilo Ezisekelwe ku-Fluorosulfate

Abacwaningi e-Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) bathuthukise isithasiselo sokuqala emhlabeni esisekelwe ku-fluorosulfate esivimbela ilangabi. Lesi sithasiselo sithuthukisa kakhulu izakhiwo ezivimbela ilangabi kanye nokuqina kwe-electrochemical uma kuqhathaniswa nezithasiselo ezivamile ze-phosphorus ezifana ne-triphenyl phosphate (TPP).

I-Anti-Squeak Silicone Masterbatch ku-PC/ABS.

- Izinzuzo: ukunciphisa ngempumelelo umsindo we-PC/ABS.

I-Si-TPV(Ama-Elastomer Asekelwe Ku-Thermoplastic Silicone Ane-Vulcanized)–ikusasa Lobuchwepheshe Be-TPU Eguquliwe

- Izinzuzo: Ilinganisela ukuqina okuncishisiwe kanye nokumelana nokuklwebheka okuthuthukisiwe, okufeza ukuqeda okukhanga ngokubukeka.
